- BYTEVISION AS A DATA PROCESSOR
ByteVision Analytics Ltd. serves as a data processor when:

- We collect and process personal information on behalf of our Customers in connection with those services.
Our Customers, not ByteVision Analytics Ltd., are generally the data controllers for personal information they submit and are responsible for complying with applicable notice and consent requirements.
- TERMINOLOGY
- Consumer: a customer of, or visitor to the website of, one of our Customers.
- Customer: any entity, including users belonging to that entity, that uses ByteVision Analytics Ltd. services under a commercial agreement.
- Cookies: are small text files that are placed on your hard drive by a web server when you access our Sites or Services. Cookies may either be first party cookies (placed by us) or third-party cookies (placed by third party vendors).
- Pixels and Web Beacons: small pieces of code placed by third party vendors on Sites or email.
- Prospective Customers: any entity interested in our SDR support, demo booking, pipeline management, or analytics services that has not yet entered into a commercial agreement.

We collect personal information when you access or use our Sites, submit information through forms, request information, book a demo, or otherwise interact with us. Categories include:

As with most websites, when you visit our Sites we automatically receive and collect information from your device, including:
- Device Information - operating system, hardware, system version, IP address, device ID, device language.
- Website Actions - pages visited, search terms, interaction behavior, and usage timing.
- Communications - interactions with email messages.

ByteVision Analytics Ltd. uses standard automated data collection tools, such as cookies, pixels, and web beacons, to improve customer experience and support security, functional, and performance duties.
At present, our Sites may not respond to "Do Not Track" signals.
